Delete your DOVENA data

DOVENA does not require an account. Your commitments, goals, and progress live on your device — so deletion is something you control locally.

Delete individual Commitments or Goals

Open a Commitment or Goal in DOVENA and use the delete option in the editor. This removes that item and its local entries from the app.

Remove DOVENA from your device

Deleting the DOVENA app removes its local SwiftData store for that installation, including commitments, goals, progress history, and preferences stored by the app.

Apple Watch and widgets

Watch and widget caches refresh or clear as part of the DOVENA app ecosystem when iPhone app data is removed or updated. Reinstalling the app or removing and re-adding widgets can clear stale Home Screen snapshots.

Device backups

Uninstalling DOVENA does not necessarily delete copies that may exist inside Apple device backups managed independently by Apple. Manage backups in your Apple device settings or iCloud backup settings.

Support correspondence

If you emailed support@dovena.app, you can request deletion of that correspondence by contacting the same address.
