DOVENA is a personal follow-through system for iPhone and Apple Watch. It helps you set Goals and Commitments, focus on Today's Move each day, and learn from your follow-through over time — with local storage and no account required.

Open DOVENA and use the creation flow from Today or Plan. Choose a name, schedule, and tracking style. Calibration may suggest a lighter starting plan based on your recent follow-through and current load.

Today's Move is your single daily priority — one Commitment DOVENA surfaces so you know where to start. After you complete it, you can work through the rest of today's plan at your own pace.

Goals let you group related Commitments under a longer intention. Goal follow-through is derived from the Commitments linked to that Goal. Goals are optional — you can use DOVENA entirely with standalone Commitments.

Add reminders while creating or editing a Commitment. DOVENA uses local notifications with your permission. The free plan includes one reminder per Commitment. DOVENA Premium allows up to three reminders per Commitment.

The free plan includes up to five active Commitments and one reminder per Commitment. Core follow-through features — Today's Move, Calibration, Rebalance, Progressive Commitment, Sustainable Range, Watch, and widgets — remain available on the free plan.

DOVENA Premium adds Advanced Insights, History & Trends, Adaptive Guidance, Seasonal Plans, multiple reminders per Commitment, and more active Commitments. It is designed to help you understand what works — not to push unlimited productivity.

Open Settings in DOVENA and use Restore Purchases, or restore from the DOVENA Premium paywall. Restores are handled through your Apple ID.

Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings on iPhone or at appleid.apple.com. DOVENA cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.

The Watch app shows Today's Move and lets you complete supported Commitments. It synchronizes with your iPhone DOVENA data. Keep both devices nearby and the iPhone app installed for the best sync experience.

Home Screen widgets display DOVENA snapshot data from shared App Group storage. They refresh when the app updates shared snapshots. If a widget looks stale, open DOVENA once on iPhone to refresh.

Your commitments, goals, and progress are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. DOVENA does not require an account and does not upload your commitment data to DOVENA servers.

DOVENA does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. In-app analytics are implemented as no-operation trackers — your usage is not sent to external analytics providers.

Go to Settings in DOVENA to choose English or Arabic and Light, Dark, or System appearance. Arabic includes full RTL support.

Open DOVENA on iPhone, confirm both devices are unlocked and nearby, and wait a moment for sync. Reinstalling the Watch app or removing and re-adding a widget can help after major updates.
