Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using DOVENA or https://dovena.app, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use DOVENA.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law and meet any age requirements of the App Store for your region.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, ALILOU Digital grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DOVENA on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement presented by Apple.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the commitments, goals, reminders, and content you create in DOVENA, for keeping your device secure, and for how you use insights, calibration suggestions, rebalance prompts, or other guidance shown in the App.

5. Wellness disclaimer

DOVENA is a personal planning and follow-through tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, clinical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Insights, calibration, and coaching-style suggestions are informational only and are not a substitute for qualified professional care.

6. Free and Premium features

DOVENA offers a free experience with core follow-through features, including Today’s Move, Plan, basic Insights, Calibration, Rebalance, Progressive Commitment, Sustainable Range, Apple Watch support, and widgets.

The free experience includes up to five active commitments and one reminder per commitment. DOVENA Premium unlocks additional features such as Advanced Insights, History & Trends, Adaptive Guidance, Seasonal Plans, multiple reminders per commitment, and more active commitments. Exact limits and availability are shown in the App.

7. DOVENA Premium and billing

DOVENA Premium may be offered as auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions and, where available, a lifetime non-consumable purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple account subscription settings. Lifetime purchases, when offered, are one-time unlocks and are not auto-renewing subscriptions.

You can restore eligible purchases with Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. DOVENA does not process card payments directly.

8. Intellectual property

DOVENA, its design, trademarks, and software are owned by ALILOU Digital or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

9. Prohibited use

You may not reverse engineer DOVENA except where permitted by law, misuse the App to harm others, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or use DOVENA in violation of applicable law.

10. Availability and updates

We may update, change, or discontinue features. We do not promise that any feature will remain available indefinitely. Apple platform requirements may affect compatibility over time.

The App may appear under a prior App Store listing name during transition periods. Functionality described on https://dovena.app applies to the DOVENA product experience.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

DOVENA and the Website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALILOU Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of DOVENA.

Our total liability for any claim relating to DOVENA is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for DOVENA Premium in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (or equivalent), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using DOVENA at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue DOVENA.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
